About 6th Grade World History
In order to know who you are, you have to know where you have been. Once you know both of those things you can plan for where you want to go and who you want to be.
In 6th grade Social Studies we will be learning about ancient world history, from the foundations of civilization through the fall of the Roman Empire. We will discuss Mesopotamia, Egypt, Israel, India, China, Greece, and Rome over the course of the school year. After state testing in the spring we will begin to preview some of the content that the students will learn about in 7th Grade. Here is to a great year in McConnellville!
