The #HMS Eagles defeated Warren County 9-0 while the #HMS Eaglettes defeated Warren County 5-4.
Sophia Grimes and Maddie March both won their respective matches 6-0.
HMS Tennis is back on the court Monday, April 13 against Coffee County.

#HarrisMiddleSchool Baseball were victorious against TMS Wildcats - Varsity 8-6 on Thursday.
#HMS Baseball opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to four walks. Harris Middle School Baseball first got on the board when Canyon Todd drew a walk, scoring one run.
A double by Jordan Bunn gave TMS Wildcats - Varsity the lead, 5-4, in the bottom of the sixth.
Harris Middle School Baseball made the score 8-5 in the top of the seventh after Tobin Hathcock was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Chasen McMillian grounded out, scoring two runs, and Jake Dunnavant drew a walk, scoring one run.
McMillian started the game for Harris Middle School Baseball. The righty allowed four hits and three runs over five innings, striking out six and walking two. Jett Damron stepped on the hill first for TMS Wildcats - Varsity. The starting pitcher surrendered zero hits and four runs over two-thirds of an inning, striking out two and walking six. Hathcock appeared in relief for Harris Middle School Baseball.
Todd led Harris Middle School Baseball with two hits in four at bats. Hathcock, Todd, Omar Garcia, Knox Bowman, and McMillian each drove in one run for Harris Middle School Baseball. Harris Middle School Baseball had patience at the plate, piling up 13 walks for the game. Dunnavant and Garcia led the team with three free passes each. Hathcock stole three bases. Harris Middle School Baseball turned one double play in the game. Bowman had the most chances in the field with 10.

Canyon Todd collected three hits in three at bats, as #HarrisMiddleSchool Baseball defeated Westwood Rockets Baseball 2026 14-8 on Tuesday. Todd doubled in the first inning, singled in the fourth inning, and singled in the fifth inning.
#HMS Baseball got on the board in the top of the first inning after Jake Dunnavant drew a walk, scoring one run, and Todd doubled, scoring two runs.
Westwood Rockets Baseball 2026 tied the game in the bottom of the first thanks to a double by CJ Chavis JR., and a wild pitch.
Harris Middle School Baseball took the lead in the top of the second. A wild pitch scored one run, to give Harris Middle School Baseball the leg up, 4-3.
A walk by Omar Garcia extended the Harris Middle School Baseball lead to 5-3 in the top of the third inning.
Westwood Rockets Baseball 2026 flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the third, scoring five runs on five hits to take the lead, 8-5. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Griffyn Woods that drove in two.
Harris Middle School Baseball flipped the game on its head in the top of the fourth, scoring six runs on four hits to take the lead, 11-8. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Garcia that drove in two.
Mason Carney pitched three innings in relief for Harris Middle School Baseball. The right-handed pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs while, striking out five and walking one. Todd opened the game for Harris Middle School Baseball. The righty surrendered six hits and seven runs over two and one-third innings, striking out four and walking one. Will Levengood stepped on the bump first for Westwood Rockets Baseball 2026. The right-handed pitcher gave up three hits and four runs over one and one-third innings, striking out one and walking four.
Harris Middle School Baseball collected 13 hits in the game. Garcia led Harris Middle School Baseball with three runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Tobin Hathcock and Todd each collected three hits for Harris Middle School Baseball. Carney and Trace Cooke each collected multiple hits for Harris Middle School Baseball. Knox Bowman paced Harris Middle School Baseball with three walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, collecting 13 walks for the game. Hathcock, Todd, Bowman, and Chasen McMillian each stole multiple bases for Harris Middle School Baseball. Harris Middle School Baseball stole 18 bases in the game. Harris Middle School Baseball didn't commit a single error in the field. Bowman had the most chances in the field with 10.
Harris Middle School Baseball will travel to TMS Wildcats - JV for their next game on Thursday.

#HMS Boys Varsity team defeated Coffee County by a score of 5-0 with Jacob Flores scoring 3 goals and both Franklin Lancaster and Atzel Fernandez scoring 1 goal each,
#HMS Boy Junior Varsity defeated Coffee County by a score of 8-0 with Manny Torres scoring 3 goals and 1 goal each from Christian Perez, Jovoni Reyes, Moxen Morton, and Dylan Soto. Coffee County scored one goal on themselves to give HMS their final total of 8.
The HMS Boys Soccer Teams will next #SoarAboveTheRest on Thursday, April 9 when they travel to Westwood Middle.


Recently Coach Gentry, Coach Marsh lead the HMS Golf team in defeating Westwood Middle by a score of 8.5 flags to 3.5 flags. This was a great victory for our HMS Golf team and we are happy to see them joining in with the other successful spring sports teams at HMS.

Harris Middle School Baseball had patience at the plate, tallying nine walks for the game. Mason Bowman, Canyon Todd, and Omar Garcia led the team with two bases on balls each. Bowman stole three bases. Harris Middle School Baseball turned two double plays in the game. Tucker West made the most plays with nine.
